Returning Tires
To initiate a return, you can start by calling Tire Ninja Customer Service at (626)-443-5464. Tire Ninja utilizes FedEx for all returns whether they have been shipped to an Installer or to another address. Once a return is initiated, Customer Service will work with you to schedule FedEx to pick up the tires. Tires must be picked up within 14 days of initiating the return, or a new return must be initiated with Customer Service.
On the scheduled pickup date, the tires must be ready and available for pick up. FedEx will complete the return shipping label and scan it into their system when the tires are picked up at the designated location.
Once the tires have been picked up and scanned by FedEx and successfully delivered/ returned back to original warehouse location, then the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Please note that there will be shipping charges for each returned tire. In the event that it is determined a tire is defective or the tire(s) delivered do not match your order, the shipping charges will be waived.
